General T.O.S

  • By commissioning or getting a design from me, you automatically agree to my Terms of Service;

  • Do not use my artwork for commercial purposes (without my permission). If you wish to use it, please contact me first so we can discuss it;

  • My delivery time is 1 to 3 weeks (maximum, in rare extreme cases), depending on the order queue, your order may be shipped in more weeks or even days;

  • After the initial sketch with flat colors, I will not make any further changes to the drawing;

  • repost without credit (just make sure my watermark signature is visible);

  • neglecting to credit my work when requested;

  • Use my art to train generative AI of any kind.

Payment

  • Payment is in USD and exclusively through PayPal;

  • Payment is always made in upfront after the sketch,

  • After the negotiation, I will be writing a invoice for you to close the deal!

Refunds

  • I do not accept refunds after the drawing has begun, so please be absolutely sure you want to purchase one of my pieces (art or adopt)
